Ping, latency play a large factor in what people perceive as a op class.

@topic: I play sorc and I'm scared of rangers, they can knock back you 24/7 +silence godstone . Their ALWAYS on mau. I plan to play one if only ncsoft had given me more character slots >.>

 

Kinda love theese threads - they are NEVER made by somebody who can actually play his class - at let's say an ''Ok level'' ( retail ''ok'')

Sorc, and all the other class's are OP on siel since full stigma's aren't something that are made to be all on one toon.
The fact that Sorc is a class that has two - completly- different purpose's depending on what stigma tree you pick, means that when the two are together it becomes truely OP, it's a bit like a templar having cleric healing - from himself.
And, let's face it, every class has it's anti class, sorc's one being ranger ( And Sin on a certain level - ). The whole ''PvP'' system in Aion is Adapting your basic skill rotation depending on your opponent.

So once again i'm going to say, Read your skills, stop Q_Q about class's being OP and figure a way NOT to die, so you can kill them. ( On a little hint - 90% of sorc's are noob here so they will rely on a basic skill rotation, Think about that rotation, and re-read your skills to see what might work )

Before I get the flaming post's - I'm a sorc. I consider myself to be a good one at that, Yes I have played on Retail, for most I have played on retail before they even knew what Aion was. And NO - ''Sorc's are just OP stfu noob'' - is not an answer so shove it.

 

Gladiators are my favorite class for 1 simple reason, they are only OP if you know how to play them. A gladiator can beat every class or get beaten by every class, it's all dependent on how you play the class.

When it comes to fighting a Sorc or an SM, if they rotate properly it will be impossible to beat them no matter how low your MS is or how well geared you are regardless of your class. Let's say a Gladiator is out pvping, and is pretty much the best glad in the world. He has 0 MS, full ABG, WoC L2, ect. He can jump shot every single one of his skills, he is pretty much a god. An SM drops down to him and Instant Fears him. What can he do? Can he remove shock? Can he pot? No, he gets to sit back and watch himself get blown up for 25 seconds.

 

sorc need to be nerf indeed or change back to 1 stigma spec systerm instead of have both also woc 2 and 10/10 silence should be remove also
