its a quest reward, the quests r listed below on the page

[Group] Lupukin’s Request | Aion Life
[Group] Do It for the Little Shulacks | Aion Life

both r identical, 1 is asmo 1 is ely, u have to talk to Lupukin (use /where or /pathfinding Lupukin to find him), kill a few mobs in front of beshmundir temple and turn it in

Yes the quests are identical, because it's part of getting better Siel wepaons,
BUT

Lupukin is supposed to be in Beshmundir Temple,
but i have tried the /where Lupukin command inside BT and there was no reaction to that.
IF he is there somewhere, he gives a quest to collect Balur Relics
those should be dropped by most bosses in BT.

Not sure if any of this works in gamez to be honest.

 

GM no drops of Relic needed for this quest -- 4 boss in BT no drop T_T
