Freezing at after my login

Ok, so first off, i re-installed aion onto my computer. Then i followed the tutorial on this forum on how to downgrade, but i still feel like im missing something in the process because every time i type in my password and username, it says im already logged in. Then once i re-type my info itll let me through but freeze on the background screen for as long as i let it. However sometimes when i try to use my original Gamez launcher it says its not installed into the correct path. So either way its probably something im doing wrong cause im a retard... help! <33

Well im also having the same problem when i enter id and password it says im already logged in but when i retype my password it does enter to the agreement page and once i push accept it just stays on that screen but the agreement page does go away its just the background that stays and doesn't move on to character selection screen. Please help me out with this

 

Hm, try re-repairing your client, then use the downgrade guide from Smartik1, I find that his is the best for this issue.

Sometimes it says you are logged in after an error because you never cleanly logged out, you force close your client, which sometimes causes that error. -has had that error.- Once you do the downgrade again, try rebooting your computer, wait a few minutes before logging in and see if that helps anything.

 

Thank you and yeah that was the problem i updated through NCsoft launcher i need to downgrade. Any idea when Gamez Aion is going to update server???

 

To 3.0? No clue. They do things on their time, but for now, 2.7 is wonderful. And glad the issue was fixed.

 

Well i downgraded and it still wont change to character selection screen, please help me out

 

1. Have u already read or do all of what here said -> :wink: <- ?
2. Which ver. ur AION NCSoft?
3. Or if u still get a problem try to open here -> :rightful: <- this is for client error etc ...
