trasfered to to lumiel and got no stigma slots available anybody knows why?

    ok i just trasfered and i dont know why i cant equip my char with stigma skills anybody knows why?or do i have to do a quest or somenthing?

    Honestly, one reason that I switched over to Siel was because I could avoid the need for stigma shard farming.
    Ugh... How tedious it was. >.<

    Why was I not informed earlier?!? haha.
    It's because I'm dumb. :D
