Player Transfer

Why no one tell me why i cant move my character from lumiel to siel??
I already have this problem for many weeks and no admin help me with this.

 

did you follow the rules stated in webshop?

 

Yes i did everything but when i click in start transfer says that i have an active player transfer and for a few hours always the same thing and then i receive again the credits and nathing happened

 

You might have 8 characters on the other server? Did you check?

 

I only have two

 

Chances are your inventory is full of items.

If you are transferring too much data at once, generally either a massive amount of recipes and/or your inventory is completely full of crap, it tends to get stuck.

You could try bringing less junk with you =p

so what would be the result? because im planning to transfer too from lumiel to siel because theres a few player from lumiel thats why i want to transfer yay!!..

 

I still can´t trasnfer in my inventory i only have one cube full.
What's happened?

 

Maybe u have an opposite character in the other server (example: you are asmo on siel and u have elyos on lumiel)

 

No in the siel i only have one character and he is asmo like the others in lumiel

 

so once the player moved to the lumiel...so we can creat both side without problem anymore?

 

Guys please i don't know what to do i can't move my gladiator.
I have one asmo sorc in the siel and one asmo galdiator in lumiel i want to move the gladiator to siel i only have one cube full in my inventory and i still can't move.
