like the title says is there a way to retrieve my old account, been a year now since i stop playing gamez aion private server, im trying to get back i want my old chars.

 

chars which was inactive like 6 month has been deleted, i think no way to get them back

 

your account probably got deleted and you cant get it back..sorry for that

 

ahh, wasted lots of money in that account. back then i was careless and spent lots of money :'(

 

thats why i never donate for a pserver, can't know when you loose everything and waste your money

 

As to answer on your question... In November (-if my memory doesn't fools me-) the server was getting too laggy and buggy, so our beloved Admin Carl decided to delete all the inactive accounts for the past 7(+) months from the database.

Unfortunately no mail were sent to the accounts that were registered and it was only announced here on forums. Although, I heard that there were some cases when the donations were refund to the players (with valid proofs, ex screen shots of the donation history) who came back in Gamez after the massive wipe.

yes i pretty much lost everything i had, back then we can still create lots of character and the bound items arent working too

EDIT: i know its a little late for me to react, but if theres a small possibility i can regain my account/ or possibly my items, ill take that chance just to get em back

 

I'm not sure how the system of donations through the mobile is working, I mean how you can truck it down. Since your account has been deleted in-game, it means that it got deleted completely and you won't be able to access your account cabinet on the main site of Gamez.

Edit: Maybe you have received text messages on your mobile that confirmed the transaction and you were given like a code or transaction number.

 

its been almost a year, i changed my phone 3x, isnt the server save some information like emails or something?

Well, if the account wouldn't be deleted then you'll could just provide your account name and mail and they would check for it in the database.

In your case, I really don't know how to track down you donation history. Maybe some of the Admins got an answer so you can always PM them and ask them.

As for now, could you tell me which company did you use to donate via mobile and from which location (country)? Maybe I could find something as for how to find out the donations records. Maybe the company can track the number that you used to donate from.
