Kellan's cabin and rifters

First of all in case you're wondering this is not a QQ thread, I'm just curious about something.

So, everytime I go at Kella's cabin (yeah I like doing quests and stuff) I find some rifter and I don't mean the general area, I really mean the exact point down the hill. The weird thing is it's the only place I've ever seen rifters in all Morheim. So what's the deal? Rifters go there expecting to find the lowest levels in all the area or something like that?

Also, knowing 99% of the server population is lvl 55 (and gets to that lvl in no time) how come there's so many rifters in that region? Yeah I know it's null compared to the areas where lvl 55 rifting is allowed, but it's still a relevant chunk...so, do people keep low level characters on purpose to be able to rift/pvp/pk there? Or what else?

And please no flames for the fact that I like roaming around and doing general pve instead of getting to 55 asap and/or pvping :tongue:

when people spam Location usualy they lie about people and rankss... in the end many people go there to zerg "pinkies"

I dont even know why they do it.. and its pathetic

 

Fact is it's not even zergs...it's simply solos who could be easily killed...so it's more like "pinkies chasing pinkies" and mostly just a waste of time imho. But you're kinda right about pathetic I think.
Still I don't get the part of why so many rifters there but I guess I just overestimated te general population lvl (reading on these forums everybody seems to be 55 from day 1, but in game I see such a range of low levels...)
