    My current casting is at 0.6, with Scroll (ABG gear+tome), i decided to boost it up so i bought the 1.5k Fortuneer title which supposed to give me 2% Casting Speed. Turns out it still have the same casting speed at 0.6.

    is the this the cap?

    I think 2% is not enuf to change the casting speed for 0.6 to 0.5 Did u concider that?

    I guess it's not.

    I used to have a Sorc (a different one) i got MHT Title in there. which has i think (correct me if im wrong) 2% Casting too along with some other stuff. but way back it was able to change the CastSpeed.

    And a follow up question if 2% is not that of a significant change, (based on your example 0.6 - 0.5) then why bother putting in in game? (AION in general)
