I'm sorry but adoption fees are really high and in this economy it's extremely expensive to adopt as the agencies make it a real pain in the ass. You'd be better off just trying to find a good foster legion.

 

What you should do is look through the legion threads that are already up and apply to the one you'd think fit you best. ^^;
