    Question. It says we are only allowed one vote per IP every 12 hrs ..is it against the rules to vote from a different IP or is it not possible anyway

    It's against the rules and considered multi-voting if you successfully manage to vote more than once per link before the 12hr limit. I believe there's an account restriction on how many times you can vote per 12 hours to enforce this.
