why I cant find that NPC of mission <It's Better! It's an Obelisk!>

    I died more than one hundred times for this misson but when I finally got in Altar of Avarice, I cant find the npc of this misson. Can someone answer me for this? or maybe the nps is invisible?

    The NPC is probably missing. As in underground perhaps, and just needs to be respawned.
