Ranger's Attack Speed

Is this Normal?

With our Without Courage Scroll my attack speed is stagnant at 1.2. (no attack speed title btw)
I got full abg ranger gear with WoC lvl 2.

 

1.2 is the atackspeed cap for Bows.

 

That is normal for WoC L2 to cap speed with or with out a scroll.

Then there's no use for a courage scroll for me

Until I found what your referring to, Ima stick to the joy of saving Courage Scrolls. Save the Mats campaign LOL!

 

Well... if that were my case with WOCL2 im gonna still be using attack scrolls xD...

 

i do have a question tho..

on Sorcerer and WoC 2.

i have sorc that has woc 2, 19% attk speed tome and candy.
attack speed is 1.3 . . .

if i purchase daddy long legs (asmo). will it go to 1.1 ? or 1.2 ?
since tome has i think 2.2 attack speed.

 

Should go to 1.1 as attack speed cap is 50%

 

i see, would it reach the cap?
coz currently,

woc 2 + tome (19% attack speed) = 1.3

if i add candy it goes = 1.2

the title 2% is enough to get it 1.1 ?
dont want to purchase a title if it fails not reaching 1.1


ps: if any sorc our there using a woc 2 + title + tome 19% who can answer this .. i would be greatful aswell.

 

every char with woc2 hits the cap for attack speed. enough said
