Mistake with my credits~~ need gm help~~ :((

Ok, i'm going to begin my post saying that its actually my mistake!.. (

i've been staring at the titles at the shop for a long time now, and when the time comes for me to buy it.. i bought the one that said "elyo's only" and im an asmo ofcz.. and thats the problem with my account rite now and the really bad mistake that need help from a gm!.. i can show screen shot of it in my inventory..

my question is, can i get it exchanged, i mean for the exact same title for the asmo, as the one for elyo.. i mean its rite there!! i jus click the wrong stuff... =.=ll.?. i jus bought them last nite...

U said it all in the first sentence. Therefor try to trade the item u got for the item u want ig . None from staff will help u. Get used to it.

 

They could help but they won't, just trade it for the asmo title

 

if they can buy asmo title.. or elyo title.. whos gonna trade.?? it doesnt make any sense there.... =.=ll and for it to be even tradable.. i mean, how much credit do i have to throw in more jus to do that.?.. makes no sense..

Double and triple check before buying stuffs in the shop next time.

Did you buy it in the ingame shop or the web-shop?

Edit: Cami's reply is correct though. Very slim slim slim chance we may be able to help. I mean it though it's very slim, also. Will be handled though PM's =)
