    i am supposed to be 1 star officer but when the server crashes my rank become rank 1...:sad:...​ how can i get it back to 1 star?

    It's likely someone gained more AP than you and the rankings updated. Check the ranking in-game and see how much AP the lowest rank has. You'll need more AP than that individual to be considered a 1-star officer.
