Cant get into the game. (client works)

    When i click at my client and click on start the game it says: RD module error (16004) Initialize RD failed and its not available in your country. I got the ncsoft 2.7.0.1. I dont got the new one because i downgraded it. When i try to repair it, ncsoft want to update and i got auto update off. My region is North-America
    When i run as administrator the same RD thingy comes up and the country error.

    Any help?

    GAMEZ AION CLIENT! NOT CRYSTAL.

    @Fantaros i did but when i try to repair aion it just tries to update to 2.2
