Cant connect

I cant chose any server to play..
i just reinstalled everything, did all the "support" said to do.. but still have same problem
it says "cant connect, unauthorized" i already reinstalled the launcher couple of times
also i repaired and downgraded it to server version, and is still not working.
i dont know what to do, somebody please help

uh.. did you check ban appeal? xD (i am not sure about that though)


check also if your ncsoft launcher is set to north america

 

well it is, i checked everything, and still dont work

can try check everything at the same time

1. go to ur ncsoft launcher, check that automatic updating is disabled and region is set to north america
2. delete everything in ur aion\bin32 folder except for aion.bin
3. if you are on vista/win 7 go to control panel -> users/user accounts -> user account control (UAC) and turn it off, restart your pc afterwards
4. right click aion in the ncsoft launcher and repair, it updates the client to 2.7.0.2 as well (leave it that way, do not downgrade)
5. once repaired, reinstall your gamez launcher
6. turn off your antivirus and firewall
7. right click the gamez launcher and run it as administrator

you will still freeze before character selection but you should be able to get past the login screen to the terms of agreement, that means the client works

this gets rid off quite a few possible causes at the same time. if it works, u can try turn ur firewall/antivirus back on and check again. if it still works, u can try downgrade

if it doesnt work, the cause is somewhere else, we would have to look into that
