Question about carved master fragment

Where can i buy thoes? all colors. Thanks

 

You normally buy them from the fortresses in inggison / gelkmaros, but at the moment you cannot because all but one are balaur owned (the other being owned by the asmodians, unless you are asmodian of course) Each fortress there sells a different color fragment

Lies.

If you take enemy race fort in Gelk or Inggi, the guy that sells those items is replaced with a member of the opposite race. If you click to buy, they try to Fus Ro Dah you.
