Help with some terms in game

Okay,newbie needs help..

What does these terms mean:
1.BT
2.SM
3.NTO
4.VIP credits (i know credits,but what's the difference between VIP credits and credits?)
5.WOC

4º When you're trading VIP credits, it means you buy something from item shop that other people want and trade.
5º Wings of the Circle

 

BT is Beshmundir temple where u can hunt stormwing items and so beshmundir and vorpal items
SM i think it is spiritmaster, i dont know what instances SM means.. im not fan of entering instances..
NTO means noble tac officer which is no longer available on shop.. last availability was on xmas worth 2.5k credits...if u want to obtain such item it might cost u more as it is no longer available in the market
VIP credits and ordinary credits are like this... VIP credits means an account that is already VIP w/c cost u 1500 credits good for 1 month.. if u have extra credits after getting VIP that is now called VIP credits that can be traded... for example my 2k VIP credits = ur offer... the buyer will choose what item he want u to buy with ur credits if ur interested wid his offer... non VIP credits is an account that is not actively VIP... VIP accounts are allowed to trade untradeable items like abbys items and rare items w/c is non VIP accounts cannot..
WOC means wings of circle..

to avoid many Questions....what will be the purpose of the terms if d player does not know what are those exactly. as he said he is a newbie.. he will still end up clueless if he dont know what are those not just as term.
