Items Disappearing

Oh... Same problem again, i cant log in, it say (you are already log in) hope theres no item will loast this time

Zodake said to pm and maybe i will get them back ... now i wait Thanks i WAIT for a week and nothing ... Shame on you Carl and karrisa(i've heard that only 2 of you can give items back) .. some of us donate ... and some of us vote .. and for what to see our items gone ?

I had some lagg and game close for no reason a bit before
I get back to heiron try to enhance +11 with L63(i know there was not a lot of chance to work) and then it says i failed...no weapon in my inventory...the F...proof:

LOOK AT THE RIGHT OF THE PICTURES IT SAYS THE TIME IT HAS BEEN TAKEN , and the sword is there and this is after it disapear from my inventory

I logged on and my neclace is gone! i then go to your site to look at my inventory of my char named Beserker
it says that my corundom neclace is still there but the picture of it is an x and it isnt in my inventory or anything when i log in.

it looks like alot of ppl have the same problem its like i wasted my 1000 creadits that took forever to get!

if you want proof i can give u my password and you can look at my inventory yourself please fix this problem or give back the credits or somthing i feel so ripped off.

Hey guys. I have a friend who has a problem. Today while he was playing, when he took out 80 lvl 100 enchancements stones and 40 lvl 145 enchancements stones of the warehouse, he lost the connection due to lag, and he lost these items :S . I would like some GM tell me if this may be a bug or you can look at the problem... He is Flarneos. Sorry if it is a nonsense ... I'm sure I do not lie. I only know if a GM can verify that this is true and help Flarneos. If there aren't any solution, no problem. Thanks^^

PD: He didn't make any screen because it is a nonsense to make a photo of your empty warehouse...

 

so I lost an item, I pm Hitkill and he told me to pm a Head GM. Therefore after I saw Alente online i pm her a mail + relogging and refreshing every 5 min, nothing happen til today. No email back, no item of course after trying every kind of removing items then log in agan like Carl said so I public this hoping it would "worth watching" for Alente:
Hello. I am Lightsage, a sorcerer. At around 1:30AM EST i log on my account and it seems like 1 of my Archon Trinubuss's Sapphire earrings has gone. I bought it by credit from another account/ i am not sure so it may not be in Lightsage's transaction list. However, i got the screenshot before and after i lost it:

I am really sorry that the picture before i lost it doesnt target on the earrings, and that is the reason why I show you all of my inventory in the picture after things happen and show you the stat of the trinubuss earrings left so that you can simply add up to my stat to decide. Also, DO notice that I remove 1 of my Elder Tears with the lvl 55 ring.
I bought this earrings a long time ago and by credit so i Am sure that there is not duping involved, plus this is a lvl 50 abyss item.
I email you this hoping that I will get my item back, also i really hope that i do not need to email you like this ever again, since I can just simply buy another one that costs me 500 credits but hey, what if i lost that weapon the next day?

Yu know what? It seems to me Head GM are not able to help us while Carl and Karissa are somewhere over the rainbow while us ppl gimp ourselves out of playing hoping no more precious stuff will be lost

 

Looks like I'm lucky that i just lost 3 manastones crit +15 LoL .

i replace my lost necklace wqith a regular one and its still in my inventory when i check it on gamez site with a x instead of picture.

this is a big problem

Almost 3 weeks from my exposure of my problem to the support team and i didnt get any answer about it.

Those crashes are messing up with all the team, GM's are needed.
