Cant log into server

Hi all
I have a problem with log in.
When i write my password and user name and click to log in i have problem to connnect to server like
(Cannot connect to the authorization server)

 

Did you played it already? or its your first log-in?. or I guess the server were down.

Do you downloaded Aion with North America parameters?
Refering to NCsoft Launcher.

2. 2 years of l2 means absolutely nothing, takes great talent to double click a desktop icon for 2 years huh. this isnt l2, its aion, it has quite a lot of issues people arent used to (throws out more errors than any other game ive seen)

yep i know click in l2 icon very cool but i know that l2 - make ncsoft
Aion - make nc soft
Aion just have more effects and dont have noobs who enchant every time

it doesnt really matter that they r by the same company, they use a different engine and r coded in a different way. anyways i could give u a long list of errors aion already threw at people around here (have a short one in my sig, gonna expand it)

as for ur issue, u can try a few things
1. check if aion is let through ur firewall. u can temporarily disable ur firewall/antivirus to see if its being blocked
2. right click aion and run it as administrator to make sure it has access
3. try the custom bat launcher GamezAion.bat
put it in ur aion folder and run it

also would help if u told us ur operating system, aion has a few OS specific issues

1st my firewall off all time when i download(i know that can block)
2nd Server is online now? if not pls say when it will be online

 

well generally when the server crashes u see the official server reboot thread being spammed in the most recent threads box on the forums, so it has to be up right now

anyways would help if u told us ur operating system and ur antivirus (avast especially is being a b!tch after the latest update)

and yea check ur ncsoft launcher region settings. if they werent set to north america be4 u installed aion (or still arent) then change them and right click -> repair the client. aion private servers will not run on europe settings

i have the same problem...when i try to log in it say you already log in then when i try it again...but after accepted the term and servis nothing happen....i wait quite a while but still nothing happen..
