run time error

Hi .
Can someone please help me , i played the game before ...
I installed everything , but when i wanne start to play .. it give's a error my directx isnt right ... i have directX 11 ... So i hope someone can help me out

 

the game doesnt need directx 11, it needs 9.0c, anything newer is like having nothing. anyways u can have multiple versions at the same time
Download DirectX 9.0c (Jun 10) - Download - FileHippo.com
extract, run dxsetup.exe, restart ur pc

if that doesnt help then its caused by the downgrade (dlls in the bin32 folder coming from another operating systems sometimes do this) so use the 2nd version of the downgrade to replace ur bin32 folder, that will fix it

 

thnx , i can start the game ... now i have another issue ... i can log in , but i can't select a server...the list of servers doesn't appear.

if u played on the account then u get taken directly to char selection, not to server selection. if u see nothing but an animated background, its coz ur client version is 2.7.0.2 which is too new, u have to downgrade, link in my sig

I get sort of? the same error. Aion 1001 - You cannot run Aion with the version of Direct X currently installed ect, ect then "Create System Interface Failed"
I'm running Windows 7 so it has Direct 11 already pre-installed, also tried to install Direct X 9.0c, repair via NC soft then downgrade, update my drivers & still get that error.

delete everything in ur bin32 folder except for aion.bin, repair ur client, use the 3rd (experimental) downgrade, see what happens
if that doesnt fix it, slap the 2nd downgrade on it (without repairing)

 

Nah it was nothing to do with my Aion client. It actually turned out to be the recent NVIDIA 296.10 update that buggered it up. I rolled back to the 295.73 and all is good now. Thank you anyway
