It's a custom feature. Retail doesn't even have it yet. So no, they aren't cutting off Aion's features. >_>
I'm pretty sure that teleport skill won't be in retail either. >_>

 

I understand what you want to mention here, but I was talking generally about a specific clue that an actual AM mentioned it:
"think the million ways people would exploit it"
Gamez stuff always have this idea about cutting off any features that could be exploit, instead of fixing it.
