why is gm never online ..... ??

well.. when ppl gets scammed .. theres no one to help ?? cause the gm is never online in game ? wich is killing me atm D:!!

 

they are on their main chars mostly. you should pm someone here in forums

 

dont know who to pm thats why ive made som (help me posts on this)

 

hello we are most of the time online. But whats the problem you are having.

 

You should make a SS of the trade/chat when you trade and if you get scammed/tricked pm a GM here on forum and send the SS along with the PM. PM any of the head GM's and they will help you. You dont need them to be online in the game to get help!

 

well ive was trading with a glad called joemong and the trade sounded ( my abg sword gpp dagger and abg neck = woc lvl 1 wings.. after he did some .. sorry i clicked wrong and deliced trade and asked me to trade again it happeent he put some other 30gold wings in the trade chat and there for scammed me .. himself said yes to be scammeing me ! got pics thats says what the deal was and where he said yes for scamming :O

 

tbh i think ams shuld be more online mode ing then that they alrdy are >_>

 

btw only saw it was the wrong wings after trade :O

-They aren't robots.
-They are humans and they need to EAT , SLEEP , SH~T
-They have a LIFE to attend to.

ive looked for gm for about 5 hours :O .. not cause ive mad at em .. just got the sad felling that i cant do anything about it :O im glad they answar now .. btw sorry for my gramatic bad eng :i..

 

Im sorry about this but for the future trades always always check what you are trading. Please submit the SS about the trade and I'll talk to other GM see if something can be done.

I do try my best to be on most of the time like some people said we have stuff to do as well in real life I went to be today at 4am and i just woke up 8:30am to get on my char to help players but seems server down.

 

I logged Siel a Whole weekend - No GM's., Just one logged to host an event , stayed like 10 mins after that and left.
Lumiel - Been here for almost a month - Never seen almost a single GM Helping someone or at least hosting an event and staying more than 1 hour online.

(NOT TO MENTION that Rules state you can't be invisible all day cos that DOESN'T count as being active nor Helping someone )

I'm not really saying anything tho.. The activity and importance towards players should be greater, I mean, you got to GM status because you care about this community and want to help it, not to have a Coloured name, right ?

And ofc GM's will say they're online 24/7 but I'll do the following. I plan to make a livestreeam next weekend of me playing Aion during the whole weekend and ima show you LIVE how many GM''s log (if there any).

You could say I'm wrong, but you can't say the whole community is.. I'm the only one stating the complains here in a polite and somehow coherent way, Yet Most of the ppl I usually talk to think the same.

I also get that you all have real lifes and you might want some time to play your legit chars.. but sometimes those things go way too far. If you don't have time or you don't care about this community anymore, Just leave cos it's useless, you're wasting your time and you're, in some way and I guess it's not the right word cos it might be too harsh, disrespecting the community and the ones who picked you to accomplish something among the community.

I don'¡t really feel like going further I always complained about how GM's act in here, But I guess I'd better shut up.

You must have your mind in the trade and you must see what item the other give you.....next time you will be more careful....also and if y have the dialog i dont know how much is proof that noting else happened....aw be careful with your trades because always soneone things that he is more smarter than you....:wink:

btw i play on Siel and any time i want a gm always was online someone...always!!!And every time i need help they help me....i am online almost 10-13h every day and always is a gm on...

 

but this server has allot ams isent it inportent to make an server that both have people from us and eu ? i ben gm my self i know how this is but this server need to have more active ams to hellp people..

 

why shut up XD you just expressing your opinion. well my timezone is GMT-8 last nite I logged after i got from work and went out at 4am. Did some events and got some reports by fake am. could i ask o.o whats ur timezone. and Q_Q i never said im 24/7 I said xD im most of the time on

lol alexander u never see me cuz pretty much your timezone and mine are like xD so way off. when you playing im at work and when i get home u are sleeping

 

Still, a lot of people fall for that trick. That's a common thing.

 

but how do i post pics ? and cant you (shandix like log on something i can send in ? really would make my day to get items back.. and tbh i think the one who did this to me has done it alot cause the way he did it seems pretty much like plan'et :O
