NCC Chain Set + NCC Hammer

Hello guys..
A friend of mine has NCC Chain Set and NCC Hammer..
But his Cast Speed remains Same even if he use Another Hammer!

He tried with ABG Cloth Gloves and he has better Cast Speed...


So we end up with a theorie that NCC Chain's Gloves Cast Speed is not Working
Can Someone else check and Confirm it?



I dont know if someone has already report that bug...

I tested that myself and the items are working as intended...

So, he may have a wierd visual bug going on, but the items do work as they should.

Anyway, if he could provide screenshots and such or better a video of it.
Though at this point in time, I can only assume that the items are working as intended.

 

1) with Elite Hammer
2) with NCC








and now with NCC + ABG Cloth

 

I ask 1 ofisial aion player and tell me <ncc chain set=7% casting speed>+<ncc hammer=8% casting speed>+<greater awakening scroll=9% cast speed>on cleric = 0,6 casting and capacity with buff is 0,3 thats all i know ^^

i spent all my items in trade for ncc items plz gm fix that!!!!!!bug !!!

 

i have 15 set mastarius +15 n 3 set ABG +15 is can for 1 set NCC set = NCC weapone N ???

 

is the chain gloves 8% casting or attack ?
