    is WOC really that good? cuz ima get one or should i save credit and w8 for maybe WOC lvl2? can anyone tell me should i really get it? im a sin btw xD thx! for ur advice :>

    WoC L1, scroll, title and candy (almost) gets you to the attackspeed cap, and it does make a difference =p WoC L2 saves you courage scrolls xD

    And yes there is difference between 1.2 and 0.8.

    You can hit attack speed cap with woc level 1 + title + candy. Its good.

    People who get them from events usually put them on broker. Its not very expensive. With 500m you can probably get 10-20 pcs or more.

    Woc worth it for pretty much everyone lvl 2 is kinda unnecessary in my opinion
    since like badrobot said you can hit cap and sin can hit cap with just candy and lvl 2 and a scroll(0.8)
    why pass up on extra attack speed lol and use some other kind of wings
    plus you get alot of hp some attack parry yada yada
