New to this server but can't log in!

Hi all,

I already read a thread, which was created 2 days ago, but I'll still go for it and ask my question to gain some new information.
I have a problem with logging in, I'm a new member, installed everything (also North America) and just added the Gamez Aion file to my folder. When the launcher starts and I put my ID/PW in, I can choose a server. But then nothing happens, I click on Siel and afterwards the game shows no reaction. It's no freezing, just kind of dead lol.
Are there any server problems or is it just me? Hoping for some answers, thanks a lot!

You updated your client too far. Follow this guide http/forum.gameznetwork.com/f64/%5Bguide%5Ddowngrade-2-7-0-2-2-7-0-1-a-114633/ to downgrade your client to the servers version.
