    do we really have to go to sanctum to have lvl 2 (condition req) items conditioned? the stones for conditioning is not working?

    not 100% sure but i believe there is a conditioner in the main Gelk/inggison fortresses too. But it does appear atleast on elyos side that you cannot buy the stones from the vendor.
