    gee-- i have 450 permanentely... 300 is alright... try using a ping reducer (if you are not using one already) to prevent lag spikes and make your ping stable...

    you look like you know english and I'm sure you know the meaning of 'reduce'. Why ask a stupid question when you know how to get your ms on aion using the command '/ping'?

    sometimes it disgusts me to answer and help people. -sigh-

    try wtfast or battleping. This words.. google it and you'll know what they do.. if you read them.

    Anyway, A ping reducer are programs that tunel your conection to the game server via a proxy. So your signal becomes stable, there are many of these reducer going around, most of them, if not all of them, require to purchase a subscription for a fixed amount of time. But they have free trials that keep you 30 minutes working and then you are disconected... just reconnect again and keep playing for another 30 minutes.

    Now your part of the job is going to google and type "aion ping reducer programs" and a lot of options will pop up, the most famous now is WTFast... Also there is more info around in the forum using them and other ways to lower your ping. Read and decide.
