you know.. admins can check everything.. where your items are gone etc. and since it got hacked they can't say..

"your account,your responsibility"

in this case they have to help you get your items back but it will take some time

No they cannot specially if we were just on time to prevent the hacking from happening yet their staffs were too slow or too busy to attend with our needs at this very moment... Pff!!!!!

sadly. the process of locating every bit of information about his items will take alot of time and time isnt one of the things AMs can give to cases like this.
