    im just wondering, does premium and vip work at the same time??? like having 400X exp on prem and 500X exp on VIP, if you have them at the same time would you be having 900X exp?

    no, you`ll upgrade your premium (life time) to vip (30 days) so you have 30 days 500x exp and after that again 400x....

    no when you are account is in premium status and then you bought your credits for VIP
    your account will be VIP and the premium stats will be off
    in other words only the VIP stats will be activated
    and after your VIP expires you'll return in premium status
    only 1 status will be allowed.

    If you're new in game, I say go for VIP. There's not much of a difference when it comes to stats, but the fact that you can trade in VIP status any untradeable item is a plus. Will help you gear up fast and make good kinah too.
