Negative credits???

Yesterday I donated ... spent a pretty penny, when I logged in today it's showing i have 4billion credits and when i look at the website its saying i have -12000 credits...Any advice on how to get this resolved?

Since Alente and the other GMs have been ignoring me for the past week or so I can already see the lack of support in your community, keep it like this and no one will come here and have fun, since you don't even care to respond to a "simple" fix. What's crazy is that this is going to be money that you guys are losing because i only care to get this fixed so i can put on a little more donation.. sad to think you guys don't care enough about the money let alone the people who play on your server.

p.s. Learn to be a GM please

 

A GM takes care of the game not of the donations, only Alente and Carl can help ya.

Lol, 5 minutes is easy to wait... It's been over a week thank you very much... And a cpl days i don't mind.. at this point its being avoided.. that's poor support overall..

Keep in mind that if people do not donate to the server u wont even be able to pay it, but i quess u stick everything into ur own pocket and go to disney world orsomething? the lack of support we see here is big enough to know that u all simply dont even care about ur own damm players...

PS, I heard that he PMed Cami ingame and he didnt do anything about it? common atleast send the info u got to Alente or w/e?... why would u be a GM if u DONT DO SHIT? the events are fun i know.... but u have to know the simple tasks to be a GM atleast? or am i wrong?......

Since when a common AM have power to deal with Credits problems? You are accusing me for not doing my job. Well i will tell you then;
I did PM Alente about this guy problem, i did not ignore his whispers.
In other words, i did my part of the job. I'm sorry if i am a GM that can't solve every single problem in the server. My Bad..
But seriously?.. My powers are limited, so the help i can give you is limited.
As i said many times to Anteroz, only an Admin can help him out, but i can't grab Alente by his throat and.. you know.
Stuffs doesn't work like that.
I'm really sorry that your problem is taking long to be solved, but going crazy won't help at all.
I know that it's hard, i understand your side, but try to see my side too.
Please have little more patience i'm sure this will be solved soon.

Okay, so seeing how people want to target a specific AM here.

Lets get this straight.

We don't ignore these things, sometimes we don't reply right away till we know what a solution is.

AM's have nothing to do with credit problems as it was stated. Aside that, if the player had felt Camila here was not doing as she said she would do. I am sure, seeing how I am online at least 5 hours a day though out the entirety of it, someone would have informed me about it.

Now, as for the topic. It's as others and Camila has said. We have nothing to do with the Credits or Donation systems. While we can advise players on normal solutions for delays in credits and request from a server admin to have some credit issues to be looked into for them. We as GM's have no direct control over what happens.

So, with that being said and having asked Camila what was discussed and such. I do believe that she did notify Alente who is a server admin about the issue and would expect it to be resolved with in due time. However with saying that, the server administration has to go into logs and things to check out while still doing their jobs as server admins. Which by right, are much more time consuming than what an AM, S.AM, H.GM has to do.

We all have a work load to handle, and with each level of being a GM though Admin, there is only additional things to be done on a daily basis. It would be quite rather selfish to think that, while I can understand the dismay with your situation, you are the only person we have requested for the admins to look into as to why this or why that. Add in the fact that we regularly have them check things for us in relation to bugs and hacks. Along side the other daily things which they are required to do for the servers as a whole (being Crystal, Gamez Lumiel/Siel).

So thank you for the concern with your account and credit situation, I'll make sure that Alente gets a copy of this thread, and a reminder to look into the issue for you.

Hopefully you can have a pleasant day and appreciate that we do have lives outside of AION (like you all do too), we have other obligations as well. This is not our full time thing to do, and it cannot be expect of such as we are like you people.

If you wish to continue your conversation, and not point fingers at GM's for not doing their jobs, then your welcome to PM me about any issue with a GM you have or think you might have. Yet, I am rather sure that the ones on Siel at the very least (as I do not have much part in Lumiel) are doing their jobs to the best of their ability for the time they are able to put into helping the community.

So.. i didnt blame any GM, i got PMed by my friend that he ahd problems, im just trying to help and i think he missed the part that Cami actually told him that u would take it to Alente, thats my bad, sorry about that cami, ALSO im not targetting anyone.
I know u cant do anything about the problem itself, but letting someone wait for a week is pretty rediculous in my opinion, but seeing that seriously no1 responded to this thread i just had to make a post so u all would actually look into it since no1 responded.
