realm problems

1 or 2 days ago was a restart.after restart my chars ( a ranger and a mage) were deleted.i started a new char ( mage) i maked it lvl 39... 5 min ago i received a disconnect again... okey... i looged again on my accont ( trane is the name of account) and my char have disappeared...but my old chars are back..( range lvl 18 and mage lvl 9)....is there a solution to get my mage lvl 39 back?

wow kinda weird.. the case of the missing mage.. dont fret too much, lvl 39 is like less than 5 mins to achieve with a mentor..

hmm.i think its a bugg on your accountsience you other characters were deleted, i sugges you to create a new account...and choose elyos

You most likely ended up playing on a different server from the one you had previously selected (Lumiel and siel) So that's probablly why you keep having different characters appear.

 

oo..and it's there a chance to select between lumiel and siel wen i want?

 

When you log in and your characters pop up, click the select server button.

 

yea...and it's shows me 2 realms ...one of them is always down( at least for me)
