can't LOG IN!

    I sent Player Unstuck Request 12 hours ago and nothing happened...I can't log in..why?

    I have a login problem, when i click to the launcher it's not doing anything. Why are do this? Somebody help pls! :(

    restart your pc!!! try it

    and then try to repair your launcher

    i tryed, but nothing happened... and when i click the ncsoft launcer and I want to open or do anything exactly like Gamez launcher is like a dead icon so the ncsoft launcher icon and gamez launcher icon is dead. I click them and nothing happened... :/ sorry my bad english :/ ?
