Chanter with shield+mace not very effective in kills, but good for support and survival

 

Temp .. using mace & shield ofc for more def and some skill for stun .. but we need also Greatssword .. for offense ..

I was just going to write that since he talked about two different class with just 1 option of weapon set.

Both class are effective in defense even if the chanter was on Offensive stigma build. While running away you can take less damage or when your charging on an enemy you use it to lessen the incoming damage then switch to offense when you get near him. Same thing goes for templars who are using the offensive stigma build.

 

I say the same about templars. When I played Templar, I used mace+shield and greatsword and change as the situation... +1

You can do Breakpower with your mace+shield (ofc) and then, do the second skill with the greatsword (more dmg).

 

In what situation? This topic needs to make more sense.

 

I was asking this because i don't wanna change from greatsword to mace+shield during battle, so i thought that chanter with mace+shield would be effective in offense aswell.

 

Your going to need to learn that about Templar. No discussion. Mace&Shield on Chanter, good but you going to need to stack block, crits and accuracy mainly. You will still need to switch too.

glad, simple class and can faceroll, high def and damage :> its a nub friendly class

I think chanter is better with staff, and templar need those weapons plus greatswrod and with good set is the best: D

and look, with my temp I kill a glad in 15 secs, just break power make 7k, and have nice def, is just tio learn tio use it, and heave fun

 

Come on, i'm sorc and my glacial does 4k damage in normal conditions..... Templar doin more damage than sorcs? LOL Funny.

 

Glads w/o top gears are glass cannon.

 

Glads got great damage but their defence is simply a joke. I0min Parry is not something I consider 'high def'. Any defence they can do, Chanters, Mage classes and Templars can do it better.

@ Sygris. Simply that is Templar. They got damage that almost equals Glads and far greater defence.
