    Hes talking about draining sword im fairly sure.

    If so, there are threads on this already. It is bugged, we are getting it fixed as soon as possible.

    If, he is talking about the Passive skills for swords and such, they are auto learn and you gain them at level 9.
    Also, server would be useful like other said.
