stuck at Pandaemonium

    Im lv 18 and can only teleport to ishalgen, how do i get to altgard?

    u must talk with Heimdall in pandaemonium, then u can go altgard (do the quest ''A ceremony in pandaemonium)

    nothing happens when i talk to him.
    it says: aplsa... something
    my wings will protect you
    and i can only close the dialog
