Why can't I buy morphing scrolls in Reshanta??

    Im trying to buy and it is not doin it! Did they disable buying these scrolls from NPCs in Reshanta?

    I think I heard someone say its bugged and is being fixed/will get fixed? I hope so cuz I just maxed everything out and I rly wanna get the scrolls .... X_X

    yup there bugged ... but myea lucky i got some designs from the broker xD so im ok with it xD ghehe but still its a pain tho

    but its gamez so myea :p so yea it will be a while befor it gets fixed XD but maybe they will do it sooner
