Awww ... Huge lags

Well , I havn''t played Gamezaion for 3 weeks now and when i was trying to run the game today, Igot a crach a little after I had run the launcher.
I fixed it by updating my directx, then I got the "failed to intialize" error.
i repaired the game and i managed to get in, only now i have 1977262ms , which is impossible to play with.
my skills wont work,cant see players, cant use chat, you get the point.
my character is acting as if it's detached from the server like in this SS

i had lke 300ms 3 weeks ago, and i cant seem to find the problem
i tried:
repairing the game
download and install gamze laucher again
disconnect my router

Any suggestions ? thanks

 

Try installing leatrix latency http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/download13581-LeatrixLatencyFix
It helps a little bit.

 

that doesnt help entirely. also today the server crashed again.

lags are mostly presigns to server crashes

 

forgot to mention i have it.. i have also updated my cliend to 1.9.0.3 as a result from the repairing

i had this pings all day...

 

atleast u guys get high ping..somehow i get fcking 50-180ms and i lag like a mofo.
