    I'm starting to craft some scrolls , suddenly , when i go to premum fortress to BUY some DESIGN , BLOOOOGGGGG . . . i can't buy some design scrolls , is this a BUG or what ?

    He said he wants to buy designs for making SCROLLS. They're not Balic they don't need Balaur hearts. . . .
