Hey, Serios Kinah Problem

So i putted my char on private store to sell items , and i had in my "account bank" putted 490m in my storage .. so i came back and found somehow the game closed... from som error ore something i guess yeah i logg in and whit a smile i found i have sold my items.. so i wanted to go to my warehouse to combine them ... then that smile dissaper... all my money is gone! tryed logg out logg in , diffrent Elyos char's .. . dosent work... restarted the game.. .comp ... ? still 0 ,...

So i wanna know why this happend.. and i dont wanna quit the game... from a problem that made me lose most of my money..... took me quite a time to fix those.... ;/ please help...

haha join the club, I have lost more than 2billion due to server crashes, key is when it starts to lag take all your sold items off the broker log out, that seems to work 60% of them tilme.

Still lost alot of money but meh it is only Kinah, just farm and make more...

 

so u mean i must start over agine?.... then i get kinah... they get lost agine?... what the purpose then?.. .cant a GM return them back? becuse this realy suck!

 

they might be able to check the logs if they really want to (giving time it happened helps). btw it seems like logging out and back in saves ur char, if u crash u dont lose anything beyond that point (or shouldnt)

 

its a big problem i feel very angry today keep into my warecount 80000000 kinah and after dissapear, i really angry come gm answer me
