3.0 official help!

Hi, Can someone tell me how to play the official aion AND gamez (both) withou need to downgrade it every time??

 

copy paste the client, update/downgrade just 1 of them. aion doesnt need an installation

u might have to delete d3d8thk.dll from the bin32 folder of the retail one though, try without deleting first, if u cant login then delete it

 

try copying a new folder of Aion to a different path on your PC ^^
the other one is downgraded to Aion 2.7 (gamez) and
the other one is for retail which is 3.0.

 

i use this way from a very old time and always working (aion don't need to install other place enough if you just copy the full client)

 

Okk i think i got it^^ if i understand.. u mean i must have 2 aion folders and change the update destination folder to 1 of them? ^^ thx for reply.

 

your ncsoft launcher will show that you have 2 aion installed so you can update one to 3.0 and leave the other on 2.7, just be carefull with later updates, don't update the gamez client too far if retail has 3.1 or something
