Problems after downward update from 3.0

i updated my client to 3.0 as requested by ncsoft then i cant log in when i saw the post here in forum i download downward update the when in game i cannot use BLINDING BURST and also i cannot buy scrolls in general merchant on sanctum because its not there even in any npc on different map :sad:......... please help

 

Did you try to repair it? Double-click the "NCsoft Launcher" icon on your desktop to start the program. Right-click on the "AION" icon. Click "Repair (Consistency Check)" from the menu. Allow the launcher to scan, detect and repair bad game files. Because the program will scan the entire Aion folder, the repair can take between 30 minutes to an hour to complete.

u have the old downgrade, i fixed a few things since then, go back to the thread and grab the skills fix (or just repair and grab the updated full downgrade)

the npcs fix (for general goods merchants) isnt part of the main downgrade btw so grab that separately too. it works for US clients at least but 1 guy said it didnt work for him (not sure if he did it wrong or what, he didnt leave much feedback). once im sure it works for everyone i can include it there
