    gonna need a little more detail, like what ur pc is doing when u try. some malware or viruses prevent you from installing an antivirus (a lot even block websites where you can download them)

    what i would do is download spybot search & destroy (not really an antivirus, but it can remove all sorts of malware thats blocking it)

    install it, update it and run a scan (takes maybe 10-15 minutes) and fix whatever it asks for

    maybe you are already infected with a virus...then you cannot install any antivirus...that happened to me long time ago...

    theres always a way :p spybot is my fave. also like housecall since its not even installed, just downloads whatever it needs for itself and runs a scan pretty quickly

    can also try start up in safemode and install there and what not :p

    then dont try kaspersky. try one that doesnt need an installation first
    HouseCall - Free Online Virus Scan - Trend Micro USA

    choose 32bit or 64bit version depending on ur OS and just run it and do a quick scan. it should detect any running infected process

    Good but what the best anti viurs untitled 2.jpg any way i will try install new windows i install a lot of many windows i have thank you very much for help and i sorry for lose your time .

    it might have just been a problem with your kaspersky installer and you didnt really have a virus. spybot didnt detect anything and neither did this so it sounds fishy

    anyways i use avast, though i liked the previous version more. this one added an annoyance (checks any unknown executable that you run for like 10-15 seconds, then shuts it down and asks if you want to sendbox it or run normally the next time). you can turn it off though

    also for some reason it didnt like aion and kept shutting down the process when you ran it so you might have to set an exception for the aion folder
