Upgrading Video Card/Memory

    Good day lovely people. I'm in desperate need of your opinions.

    I have an NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT 512mb DDR2 for a video card, and a 2GB DDR3 RAM. Which should I upgrade first? My video card or my RAM?. I can get them both but I just want to know what should I prioritize given my scenario. :)

    both, memory is cheap these day... if you use 1 pcs of 2 GB DDR3, add 1 more so 2 pcs 2 GB= 4 GB

    if u already have a good processor
    and want only to play aion.. then memory
    if u want play bf3 or something with better graph then u should prioritize videocard

    I would go for ram 1st since they are cheap these days. Btw, how much is your budget for the vga card?

    1Gb video card is good enough.. but if you wanna play aion on HD, you must have 2GB Video card..


    RAM can borrow some memory from the Hard disk.. since you have 2GB of RAM, then, your RAM can borrow 4GB from your Hard disk..

    Get yourself a pair of performance memory first, 4x2GB (8gb) would do.

    as for your vga, I wouldn't recommend you to get any as the 9500 GT is good enough for playing MMO games.
