    As the title says, my old character ranger, doesnt have the skill, or even the ranger skill shop in marchutan doesnt sell,. So, how i'm going to get it?

    Oddly, some characters from before those skills were added will be missing them unless you re-roll.

    I do think it would be possible to purchase the skill book for it though.

    but the skill book is not available in the shop in marchutan, same in pandae... the only new skill available there is deadshot
