Account Deletion?

I connected last week with my account, after re-downloading the game, and everything was fine.:lol:

When I tried to connect this week, my account was not in the DB. What happened?:andy:

I'm just wondering what happened, I doubt there's a solution since it's missing from the DB, unless there would be an old DB backup, but then The DB guy would have to go an manually insert my account information that's missing and I don't really wanna trouble anyone with that, so I'll just restart a new Toon.

 

Accounts inactive for longer then 6-7 Months are automaticly deleted and cannot be refunded.

If that's the case u have to start over.

 

if your account existed last week, and you logged in game with it, then it still exists. Try logging into the website and seeing if it allows you to. (Assuming you haven't already but you didn't specify)

Edit: Awoken, if you read his post... he says he logged in last week.

 

Actually that could be the problem, I logged on the website, but not on the game.

 

can you access the website and see your character's inventory? from the moment you can access the website, it still exists, but just to make sure...
