RF Online

I know... I know... It was discussed before, but I'm wondering if we could set up a GamezRF server. Is Carl open for an idea like this? I saw that there is FW server, so why not RF :sideways:

I also want to know if there are any fellow fans of this game. I used to play it when it was under the Codemasters development.

Well, if there is anyone out there who used to enjoy RF during the CM era, then you know I miss about the game. CCR is just a fail company when it comes are running RF

It would be good to make a RF server, since the game still got fans all over the world who are looking for good server to play on, where no ACC haxors exist ^^

I got a good acknowledge of the game as I was a GM on the retail server, so if Carl is willing to accept the idea, we could push it through to make it real.

Well me 2 have played with RF (Bellato rulz<3) but i think better sounds good for me the Cabal ^^

 

RF is giving more emphasis on the PvP than Cabal, so it's easier to make a pure high rate PvP server.

All I have to say is that: Cabal is for kids, while RF is for real PvPers.

I used to MOD effects in the RF private server I played prior to gamez. SO yeah I think Gamez RF would be nice as well since I miss the game. The PVP system in RF is one of the things I enjoyed the most. Favorite chars to play are Cora Magus, ACC Spec, and Bellato Chandra.

 

I'm glad there is positive feedback. Hope we could set up one server if Carl agrees with the idea.

That is such a cynical statement, I think I'm going to be sick. They're both great games, with great PvP mechanics, I just happen to enjoy Cabal more. Why would you put an age determination on either of them, that's just silly.

At the moment I don't see much point in creating more minor splinter games within Gamez at least in the short term.

It's true that we do intend to expand into further titles, some more seriously than others as you're usually able to tell by whether or not Admins are posting about them or not once they go live. Having said that we do have some major projects in the works at the moment, including Aion, which will likely take up the majority of our time for the next couple months at least.

I think I've said a bit too much on that though so to answer your actual question - it's unlikely we'll be doing anything with random games like RF anytime soon.
