Can't connect to Gamezaion

hi pls help me. when i try to log in on gamez it says "Cannot connect to the authorization server."

i dunno how to fix it, somebody please help me.. thank you.

 

is your client 3.0.0.2?

im actually curious if that will help. just coz even 3.0.0.2 people should be able to get past login screen and freeze after server select. he doesnt even get that far. well cant hurt trying but not sure that will fix it

i really dont like that one dont have a specific fix for it yet. if he figures it out tell me plz, ill add it to the errors & fixes guide so we have at least something to deal with this one

thanks for your reply. but my client is 2.7, im trying to update it on ncsoft. maybe its outdated. ill inform you if it work.

 

update is useless, only 2.7.0.1 and 2.7.0.2 work here. if ur gonna do that, i suggest u use the repair function rather than update. it gets u to 3.0.0.2 anyway but it checks all the other files as well while the update only cares bout the files that changed from 2.7 to 3.0

 

well yea didn't fix it though, im gonna try to run a consistency check.

 

i've sold the problem now. it turns out that my Antivirus(which is Kaspersky Internet Security) is blocking my Aions network connection to the server, i just put it in the trusted applications and works fine.
