pls hear me im not scamming im not new to this game to do scamming

pls gm of gameazaion..im not scamming i just want back my account...im the only 1 using the name shuyen....i know its hard to believe but i nid my account back....im 2years playing this game...i just stop when my wife got pregnant

 

Im not sure if its because you were reported or because your account was inactive for 7months. If your account was inactive for more than 7months the database erases your account and takes with it your characters and all your items which means having to start all over(sad story but true). If you were banned due to some sort of scam or in-game report than the only way to try and get your account back is by appealing via main website being. But, as played said here; inactive accounts are deleted between 6 - 7 months.
If so, I am sorry but there is nothing that we can do and I am sorry, though I do wish you the best for yourself, wife and child as that is a better gift and place to spend time anywhooo <3

being inactive has nothing to do with scamming

 

As stated before by my fellow players and AMs, accounts are wiped after 7 months of inactivity.

If you believe that it was a ban and not an inactivity wipe, you can check the ban system and appeal your ban there.
