    Skill: Hand of Reincarnation I
    Bug: This skill should be able to be cast on the owner of the skill (for example: I should be able to cast this skill on myself as a cleric), however it doesn't currently allow you to do so.

    Not sure if this has been reported, but I wanted to mention it as I currently am not able to cast Hand of Reincarnation on myself as a cleric.
